I love bar carts. They’re like a pinterest dream! They’ve become the greatest addition to any home and for any dinner party for a classy and fun touch!
It was always my dream to be able to get the perfect little gold bar cart for my apartment and to style one. I love how you can really get creative and I’ve seen some really creative styling for some. Hector and I always laugh when we think back to when we moved into our first apartment together and the very first thing I put together was the bar cart. I got the perfect one from World Market which you can still purchase here! I’ve also linked up some other great ones below that won’t break the bank.
I’ve pinned a lot of ways to style a bar cart. I’ve changed it up a few times but this for me was the simplest way to do it. Straight to the point. Glassware and the goods. Simple club soda mixers and some classics.Funny thing, the glasses above (and the jar on top) were my mother’s from 15 years ago. She got them as a gift and after my parents moved, she finally had them out. I gasped because they were perfect and matched exactly the look I was going for. She told me I could have them (thanks mom!) and I knew that they would be the perfect addition. I loved the idea of adding the little card game and encouragement. The ice bucket, the gold polkadot glass jar, moscow mule mugs, and the glassware above were all from Pier 1 Imports and I scored them when they were on sale! Hector loves moscow mules so I knew we needed the mugs to make our own. The ones above were only about $4 each from Pier 1. They’ve been our biggest hit so far!
If you’re looking to style a bar cart, I’d say start with the essentials then add on. I love the idea of adding flowers or fun straws or cocktail napkins.
I’ve also included some fun bar cart gold inspired essentials below that I love for any bar cart additions!
